Delivery Service We set it up, you take care of the rest. Our experience caterer will deliver the food to you in ready-to-serve aluminum pans. All packaging is disposable.
Full Service Delivery The in-between option, This option includes everything in the delivery service plus a disposable table cloth and we will set-up disposable aluminum chafing dishes to keep your food hot with sternos.
Full Service Catering Don't want to lift a finger? Let our catering staff do all the work. We will set-up, maintain the food line during the designated serving time and clean up when it's over. We will provide serving tables and linens. Food will be served in metal pans from warmed chafing dishes.

A traditional menu that's sure to be a crowd pleaser! Eastern NC BBQ and served with BBQ sauce, and slaw, and ADAMS original BBQ sauce, and sandwich buns or cornsticks.

Two hickory-smocked favorites!! Our Baby Back Ribs and hickory smocked chicken wings served with backed beans, cole slaw, ADAMS original sweet BBQ sauce and cornsticks.
SALAD & HOT POTATO BAR $6.99 Per Person
Fresh tossed salad with a variety of dressings and hot potato bar with all the fixins. Cheese, bacon, sour cream and butter are also provided.
